The Service<\/h2>\n<p>SayFound is an AI tool that enhances, upscales, repairs and colorizes photographs. The first image is provided free with a watermark; clean, full-resolution downloads and additional images require a paid subscription.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Payments &amp; billing<\/h2>\n<p>Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, <strong>Paddle.com Market Limited<\/strong>, which also handles customer service inquiries and returns related to billing. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>You may cancel your subscription at any time from the management link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current paid period.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Your content<\/h2>\n<p>You keep ownership of the images you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload and process them. We process images solely to deliver the Service.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n<p>You agree not to upload illegal, infringing or abusive content, and not to misuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Disclaimer &amp; liability<\/h2>\n<p>The Service is provided &#8220;as is&#8221; without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayFound LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.<\/p>\n<h2>8.
