We collect: (a) your email address, (b) the images you upload for processing, and (c) basic technical/usage data. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle — we do not store your card information.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, deliver your processed images, manage your subscription, send service emails, and prevent abuse.

3. Third-party processors

We share data only as needed with: Paddle.com Market Limited (payments & billing), our AI image-processing provider (to generate your enhanced images), and our website hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

4. Data retention

Uploaded and generated images are stored only as long as needed to deliver the Service and are removed thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
