These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SayFound website and AI image services (the “Service”) operated by SayFound LLC (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

1. The Service

SayFound is an AI tool that enhances, upscales, repairs and colorizes photographs. The first image is provided free with a watermark; clean, full-resolution downloads and additional images require a paid subscription.

2. Payments & billing

Our order process and payments are handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, which also handles customer service inquiries and returns related to billing. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the management link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current paid period.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload and process them. We process images solely to deliver the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload illegal, infringing or abusive content, and not to misuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayFound LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA.
